Campus Leadership Coach
The principal sets the tone for the campus! I work with aspiring, new, or struggling campus leaders to improve communication skills, time-management, organizational skills, or other areas targeted for growth.

Campus Culture Coach
Campus culture is critical to school achievement and is an "easy" area to improve. Creating a positive campus culture is truly my passion, and I am eager to help campus leaders strengthen or improve their campus culture.

Student Behavior Intervention
Student behavior is one of my favorite challenges. I work with campus leadership and student behavior teams to create innovative interventions for students who are not responding to traditional behavior management strategies.

Growing new teachers is a JOY! I partner with campus instructional coaches and campus leaders to help struggling teachers grow into confident, passionate educators.
